Rapportive 是個非常聰明的 social service。它提供了 Firefox/Chrome plugin，會把 gmail 信件右側的廣告欄位換成該寄件人的相關資訊，例如 Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Flickr 連結等等。未來甚至會提供 CRM/Helpdesk/… 等 3rd party service 的整合。雖然它很厲害，可是把 Email 資料交給其他人，我一點都不安心啊……

我認為 Facebook 的新設計的確比舊版好多了。不過這篇文章提到的「don’t put destructive actions near non-destructive actions」也非常有道理。就我之前使用小筆電觸控板的經驗來看，這樣的設計完全是場災難。
